LIVE SEARCH & AI RETRIEVAL EVIDENCE
We Are Measuring How Search & AI Systems Read BlueBear Cleaning
BlueBear Cleaning is being instrumented to measure how identifiable search and AI-related machine systems reach this website and whether they can successfully retrieve useful information about our business, services and service areas.
This is live production evidence — not a simulation. The figures below are generated from qualifying machine activity observed at the website during the current rolling 24-hour period.
WHY BLUEBEAR CLEANING IS DOING THIS
Being online is not enough if machines cannot reliably retrieve the information that matters.
Search is changing. Customers increasingly encounter businesses through Google-generated answers, AI assistants and other machine-mediated discovery systems as well as traditional search results.
Sydney Business Web has installed its AI Observatory on the BlueBear Cleaning website so that we can measure part of that process directly: are recognised machine systems reaching the website, what are they requesting, and are those retrievals succeeding?
BlueBear Cleaning's AI Observatory has been designed, installed and operated by Sydney Business Web , providing independent measurement of how search and AI-related machine systems retrieve this website.
Successful retrieval proves that a qualifying machine system reached and retrieved website information. It does not by itself prove that an AI system understood the information, used it in an answer, cited BlueBear Cleaning or recommended the business.
LIVE — ROLLING 24-HOUR EVIDENCE
Which Search & AI Systems Have Actually Reached BlueBear Cleaning?
These figures come from real production traffic reaching bluebearcleaning.com.au. The Observatory records relevant machine activity and then applies qualification rules before anything appears in this public evidence.
Distinct crawler systems whose identities met the Observatory's corroboration threshold during the current rolling 24-hour period.
Successful qualifying retrievals of BlueBear Cleaning's approved public business and service information.
The proportion of qualifying attempts to retrieve registered business information that returned a successful response.
Successful retrievals of approved machine-facing resources such as robots.txt and sitemap files.
The numbers above are measurements, not estimates. The table below shows the individual qualifying search and AI-related crawler systems responsible for the current evidence.
MACHINES OBSERVED
Which Systems Produced the Evidence?
Every qualifying autonomous machine system observed in the current rolling 24-hour window is shown below. The list changes naturally as crawler activity enters and leaves the measurement window.
| Machine | Role | Autonomous Accesses |
Business Retrievals |
Business Success Rate |
Discovery Retrievals |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Loading current machine evidence… | |||||
A system appears when qualifying activity from it is observed inside the current rolling 24-hour period and can disappear when that activity falls outside the window. The dashboard therefore reports what the evidence shows now, rather than presenting a permanent list.
That is deliberate. A larger number would be easy to produce. A defensible number is more useful.
Synthetic requests used to commission or test the Observatory are excluded from production evidence.
Owner-triggered diagnostic tools are retained separately and do not enter the autonomous headline measurements.
A crawler name in a User-Agent is not enough. Identity must satisfy the Observatory's corroboration threshold.
Images, scripts, probes, legacy URLs and other support resources do not inflate BlueBear Cleaning's business-information retrieval figures.
This monitoring and public evidence system is operated for BlueBear Cleaning by Sydney Business Web .
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR BLUEBEAR CLEANING
Why Are We Measuring Machine Retrieval?
Traditional website analytics tells BlueBear Cleaning what human visitors do. The AI Observatory adds another view: what identifiable search and AI-related machine systems are actually doing when they reach the website.
Can search and AI systems actually reach BlueBear Cleaning's website and retrieve the information we want customers to find?
Instead of simply assuming the answer is yes, Sydney Business Web has installed measurement at the website edge so that we can observe part of that process directly.
Who is reaching the site?
We can see which sufficiently corroborated search and AI-related crawler systems actually appear during the observation period, rather than working from a theoretical list of bots that might visit the website.
What are they retrieving?
The Observatory distinguishes meaningful retrieval of current BlueBear business information from background requests for images, scripts, fonts, old URLs, probes and other supporting resources.
Is retrieval succeeding?
A crawler merely arriving at the website is not enough. We measure whether qualifying requests for current business information actually receive a successful response.
Has something changed?
Because the evidence is time-based, changes become visible. A machine system can appear, disappear, increase its activity or begin encountering retrieval failures.
What are our human visitors doing?
Visits, enquiries, conversions, traffic sources and customer behaviour.
These remain essential measures of how the website performs for real people.
What are machine systems actually retrieving?
Search crawlers, AI crawlers and machine-facing discovery systems.
This gives BlueBear Cleaning another layer of evidence about how its public information is being accessed by the systems increasingly involved in search and AI-assisted discovery.
Suppose an AI-related crawler reaches the website and successfully retrieves BlueBear Cleaning's commercial cleaning page, Campbelltown service information and contact details.
That tells us those resources were technically available to that machine system at that time.
If the same crawler later begins receiving errors, redirects or cannot retrieve those resources at all, that change becomes measurable too.
The Observatory reports what happened. It does not invent a story around the evidence.
WHERE THIS FITS INTO AI VISIBILITY
Retrieval is important — but it is only one part of the journey.
A business cannot reasonably expect a machine system to use information it cannot first discover and retrieve. But successful retrieval alone does not prove that the information was understood, trusted, cited or used in a recommendation.
WHY THIS MATTERS TO A LOCAL SERVICE BUSINESS
BlueBear Cleaning needs more than a website that merely exists.
Customers looking for residential, commercial or specialist cleaning services increasingly encounter business information through several different layers — conventional search results, maps, generated search answers and AI assistants.
Our work is therefore not limited to making pages look good to human visitors. We are also working to make BlueBear Cleaning's business identity, services and important service-area information technically clear, retrievable and internally coherent for machine systems.
Diagnose next.
Improve what the evidence supports.
BlueBear Cleaning's AI retrieval measurement system forms part of an AI visibility programme being implemented by Sydney Business Web . The work combines live retrieval evidence with technical website, business-identity and machine-readability analysis.
The next section explains how real production traffic is observed, filtered and qualified before anything is allowed into the public evidence.

How Do We Know These Numbers Are Real?
The public dashboard does not simply count anything that calls itself a crawler. BlueBear Cleaning's AI Observatory observes real production traffic and then applies a series of qualification rules before an observation is allowed into the public evidence.
Where identity, purpose or relevance is uncertain, the activity may remain useful operationally but is not promoted into BlueBear Cleaning's public headline evidence.
Observe Real Traffic
The Observatory sees requests as they reach BlueBear Cleaning's live production website and records selected request and response characteristics needed for measurement.
REAL PRODUCTION ACTIVITYCorroborate Identity
A request claiming to be Googlebot, GPTBot, ClaudeBot or another crawler is not automatically trusted. Additional technical evidence must support the claimed provider.
IDENTITY MUST BE SUPPORTEDSeparate Autonomous Activity
Owner-triggered diagnostics and user-requested AI fetches are not treated as independent autonomous crawler behaviour. They may be retained separately, but do not enter the autonomous headline figures.
AUTONOMOUS ACTIVITY ONLYQualify Current Business Resources
Business retrieval is measured only against an explicit registry of approved, current BlueBear Cleaning business pages. Legacy URLs, support assets and unregistered resources cannot enter the business score.
CURRENT REGISTERED RESOURCES ONLYCount Only the Evidence
Once an observation passes the qualification rules, it can contribute to the rolling public measurement. Business and discovery retrieval are scored separately.
PUBLIC EVIDENCEWHAT GETS FILTERED OUT?
Quite a Lot — Deliberately.
Raw machine traffic contains many requests that may be useful technically but would be misleading if all of them were presented as meaningful search or AI retrieval evidence.
Our Own Tests
Synthetic requests used to commission, test or diagnose the Observatory are excluded from production evidence.
Triggered Activity
Owner-triggered diagnostics and user-requested AI fetches are not treated as independent autonomous crawling.
Unsupported Identity Claims
A User-Agent can claim almost anything. A crawler-labelled request that does not satisfy the corroboration threshold is not promoted into public evidence.
Support Assets
Images, JavaScript, CSS, fonts and similar supporting files do not count as retrieval of current registered business information.
Security & Configuration Probes
Requests looking for sensitive files or configuration resources are not evidence that a machine retrieved useful public business content.
HEAD-Only Requests
A HEAD request can confirm that a resource exists without retrieving its body. We do not treat that as equivalent to retrieving the information itself.
Did the machine retrieve useful public content?
Qualifying GET requests for pages in BlueBear Cleaning's current registered business-resource list are measured separately.
Could the machine discover and navigate the site?
Machine-facing resources are measured separately so discovery traffic cannot artificially inflate business-information retrieval results.
WHAT THE LIVE NUMBERS ACTUALLY MEAN
Four Measurements. Four Different Questions.
Qualifying Machine Systems
How many distinct autonomous machine systems met the public qualification threshold in the current rolling period?
Business Retrievals
How many qualifying GET requests for registered BlueBear Cleaning business resources returned a successful 2xx response?
Business Success Rate
Of the qualifying attempts to retrieve business information, what proportion actually succeeded?
Discovery Retrievals
How many qualifying requests for approved machine-discovery resources were successfully retrieved?
FOR THOSE WHO WANT THE ENGINE ROOM
The Technical Architecture
BlueBear Cleaning's Observatory operates at the Cloudflare edge. A production Worker observes selected machine requests and response outcomes and writes measurements to Cloudflare Analytics Engine.
A separate read-only reporting Worker queries those measurements, applies the public Measurement Contract and supplies this page through BlueBear Cleaning's dedicated evidence endpoint.
Raw telemetry is evidence material. It is not yet a conclusion.
The purpose of the filtering process is to turn raw machine activity into a smaller set of measurements that can be defended publicly.Retrieval proves retrieval — not understanding or recommendation.
This evidence can show that a qualifying machine system accessed and successfully retrieved information from BlueBear Cleaning's website. It cannot, by itself, prove that an AI system understood the content, relied on it, cited BlueBear Cleaning or recommended the business.
BlueBear Cleaning's monitoring system has been designed, installed and operated by Sydney Business Web . The public dashboard operates under Measurement Contract 1.4.
